Do I really have access to all resort amenities?

Yes! You'll enjoy all the benefits of the resort during your stay.

Where will I stay?

That depends on the unit type you reserve and what units are available the day you check in, but you can expect villa accommodations wherever and whenever you decide to vacation!

Will I have to attend a sales presentation while I'm there?

No. We prefer that you enjoy the resort and the accommodations. If you like what you see and experience and would like to take a timeshare tour while you're here, that can be arranged. However, it is certainly not required.

What happens if I decide not to buy during my stay?

Nothing! There's no obligation to buy - that's the whole idea behind our "Try Before You Buy" program.

What happens if I do decide to buy?

A certain amount of the money you spent on the rental program can be applied to your purchase or down payment.

How do I participate in the "Try Before You Buy" program?

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

The earlier the better to ensure the best availability, but in some instances we can book a reservation within 5 days of arrival based on availability.

Is there a person to speak with to learn more about timeshare ownership without the pressure or without visiting the resort?
